At Uri Ware, we are committed to providing you with high-quality household gadgets, pots, pans, and small appliances. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It should be free from any damage, stains, or signs of use.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as opened pots/pans, appliances, and consumable goods.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and the necessary return instructions. Please do not send the item back without receiving the authorization first.
- Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund Method: We offer a refund in the form of store for future purchases or a bank transfer if applicable. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, we are unable to process direct cash refunds.
- Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Report Immediately: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
- Replacement or Refund: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or offer you a full refund through store or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund (via store or bank transfer) and place a new order for a replacement product.
